| Programming or Matching extra remotes to your vehicle
Remote locking keys and fobs come in various types and many variations, some have remote locking unlocking capabilities only, some have a built in engine immobiliser and a key blade to start the engine. The point is that when you buy a new or used remote for your vehicle there are a number of actions to perform to match it to your car basic remotes require matching or programming to your vehicle, remotes that incorporate an immobiliser will need this matching to your car and if a key blade is incorporate then this will need cutting to match your ignition switch, or the blade replacing with your own.
